It is easy to apply for faculty training. There are only 2 forms
- A Record of Training Form & Reservation
- An Application for Faculty Training Form
The same forms are used for all Faculty training.
Please note that Pre-Conference Events associated with the Toronto Conference run from July 6 to July 9, 2014. The Conference runs from July 9th through 13th.
The deadline for the Toronto Training and Reservation Form is May 20, 2014
The deadline for  the Toronto Application is June 15, 2014

A deposit of $100 must accompany your Record of Training Form
