About the Author: Banning Lary has spent twenty-nine years as an educator creating multimedia programs used by professors and professions in colleges, universities, schools, institutions, and virtually industry groups, seen by millions of students around the world. He holds a masters in psychology and is currently writing his Ph.D. dissertation. Banning was certified in Choice Theory/Reality Therapy in July 2012 in Cincinnati, Ohio.
