I have a Masters degree in Social work and have loved Dr. Glasser’s ideas since I first discovered them, in 1978, as a school clinician. Since then I have incorporated Choice Theory, Reality Therapy and Lead Management in all I teach and do. In my private practise my specialty arose from working with trauma. I searched for ways to help people move beyond surviving to thriving, and this search ultimately led me to the transformative work I co-created, called Prime Potential. Assisting people in shifting their sense of identity from past experiences, conditioning and limitations, to a new sense of themselves as whole, safe and free, is exhilarating. Today I am co-creating a new program with Jeff Brown CT/RT/LM certified, to bring this work to the world, in a more greater way. We know when people transform themselves the results ripple out and the world transforms. Dr. Glasser’s ideas underpin this powerful work and I am eternally grateful to him and his pioneering work. This is why I am on the Board, to help Dr. Glasser’s ideas reach people across Canada and the world.
